- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Due to an administerial block, funds were not able to be released in a timely fashion. It caused a lot of aggravation as junior bank employees at my local bank were not able to find out how it happened, nor how to solve it. However, Branch Manager Scott Kucera of the Jacksonville branch, close to my work, went above and beyond to dig into this problem and left no stone un-turned to solve the issue. He even was able to make funds available that still had a hold on it. I am truly impressed and I see that they go after their clients well being, "knowing what is important."
